Professor Royce Hutson came to Wayne State University in 2004 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he completed his doctorate education in Social Welfare. During his time at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Professor Hutson was an Institute for Research on Poverty (IRP) Graduate Research Fellow and served for 4 years as Commissioner on the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Commission in Madison, WI . Dr. Hutson is on-leave in Lebanon for the 2007-08 academic year to conduct research.
