Biography

Employed at WSU since 1998 as an Academic Advisor.


Responsibilities
The MSW academic advisor for the Wayne State University School of Social Work. Responsible for the academic advisement of all graduate social work students as well as prospective students. In addition to conducting registration meetings, safety workshops, research options workshops, and informational meetings for prospective students and recruiting students at various area colleges and universities, she is actively involved in school developed retention programs. Develops individual programs for graduate students who are at risk of failing due to academic difficulty, especially in the area of writing and analytical skills.
