Biography
Professor Faith Hopp came to Wayne State University in fall of 2006 from the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, where she worked as a Research Investigator with the Health Services Research and Development Center of Excellence. She completed her doctoral degree at the University of Michigan in Social Work and Sociology, where she specialized in gerontology and health care. Her recent research focuses on interventions and policies to help people facing chronic diseases, including heart failure and diabetes, and end of life issues for these populations.
