Outpatient Mental Health/Substance Abuse Therapist – Full Time
River’s Bend West is seeking a Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse Outpatient Therapist to join our team of innovative professional therapists located in West Bloomfield, MI. New and experienced Master’s level therapists are encouraged to apply and join our growing team. In this collaborative environment, we are seeking a therapist to conduct assessments and individual, family, marital, and group sessions for both mental health and addiction client presentations. Administrative support and mentoring are available, along with any necessary supervision for licensure. We have been awarded Blue Distinction with Blue Cross Blue Shield and maintain behavioral health Joint Commission accreditation. We have an integrated electronic health record system that supports all of our clinical services and offer a hybrid model for outpatient therapy.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master's or PhD Level Independent License: LMSW, LP, LLP, LPC, LMFT, LLMSW, LLPC.
Ideal Candidate:
- Initiative to participate in ongoing opportunities for growth and advancement in professional education/endeavors
- Willingness to actively seek out and maintain referral relationships
- Must possess ability to utilize electronic health record system, Zoom and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work some evenings
- Preferred but not required:
- 3-5 years post graduate experience
- Addiction/substance use disorder experience
Job Type:
Full-time (W-2)
Salary:
$50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year based on experience
