The Development Associate (DA) position supports the revenue growth and diversification of resources for the USCRI Detroit field office. The DA is responsible for cultivating, promoting, and stewarding all donors at the field office through project/proposal development, grant-writing and reporting to foundations, corporations, and cultivates, stewards and retains individual donors through a moves management process. The position reports to the Vice President for Strategic Development and works in close coordination with the Detroit Field Officer Director and USCRI Development headquarters staff.
