Community Living Services, Inc. (CLS), a non-profit located in Wayne, MI seeks human
service professional to serve as a Supports Coordinator Manager (SC Manager). The SC
Manager provides oversight, supervision, training, and guidance to a team of professionals
providing supports coordination services to individuals with intellectual/developmental
disabilities. The SC Manager ensures coordination of community services and resources,
advocacy, quality service delivery to help people supported to achieve their goals and live full
lives in their communities.
Education: Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Human Services area, and current, valid, State
of Michigan Limited Licensed Master’s Social Worker (i.e., LLMSW) and Qualified Intellectual
Disabilities Professional (QIDP) credentials. Master’s degree in Social Work and full LMSW
licensure preferred. If supporting children, must meet licensure requirements for credentialing as
a QIDP and Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP).
As required by Michigan’s Public Health Code (MPHC), limited licensees must be supervised
by a Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW). The MPHC also states that a limited social
work license is renewable for not more than six years. Consistent with the MPHC, limited
licensees must obtain full social work licensure prior to the end of the period of their 6th annual
renewal.
Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in case management focused work in the
social work field. At least one-year experience working with individuals with
intellectual/developmental disabilities. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Local travel is required; must have valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and access to
reliable transportation.
Starting Salary: LLMSWs $57,500 annualized; LMSWs $60,500. Benefit package includes
