Role and Responsibilities

• Biopsychosocial Behavioral Care with diagnosis
• Establish Treatment Plan
• Completion of Progress/Process Notes
• Consult and refer to medical providers integrating med management
• Assess progress
• Participate in professional development
• Maintain Confidentiality
• Kindness and respect to clients and fellow co-workers

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work.  Completion of internship.

Preferred Skills

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW).  Substance abuse or specialty preferred but not required.
