1.) Coordinates or provides timely services and casework needs to all assigned Agency consumers, families, and foster families as required by Program-specific procedures, applicable contract terms, and/or applicable local, state, and federal regulatory and/or other accrediting agencies.(2.) Ensures accurate, professional, and timely completion of all required reports, logs, notes, and other paperwork as required.(3.) Monitors and provides necessary services to Agency consumers, families, and foster families. (4.) Ensures accurate, professional, and timely completion of all Agency-required reports, paperwork, and filings.(5.) Attends, conducts, or participates in all case conferences, hearings, assessments, home visits, etc. as required.(6.) Coordinates treatment services with appropriate local, state, or federal agencies and/or community resources.(7.) Immediately apprises the appropriate Agency personnel of any potential emergency situation (supervisor and/or Program Director).(8.) May be required to provide case management of initial placements through the intake process.(9.) May be required to initiate contact with birth family and conduct various follow-ups within recommended timeframes facilitating youth adjustment.(10.) May be required to provide assistance to foster parents ensuring, where applicable, that youth has appropriate clothing for the placement, school enrollment, and medical and/or dental exam within required timeframes after initial placement.(11.) May be required to facilitate training for families and foster families.(12.) May be required to travel to other Michigan counties

.MUST have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Bachelor's degree in the Human Services, field ( such as Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Child Development, Education) experience preferred. CWTI Trained highly desired. Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills. Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. Must have reliable transportation.. EOE.

Qualifications (required at time of offer):

High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree - Social Work Tech preferred

Prior experience working with consumers in a social-services setting preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation, good driving record and valid auto insurance..

Able to work a flexible schedule

Prior experience with Microsoft Office and related applications.

Satisfaction of all employment eligibility and Agency hiring requirements.
