Posting: Boketto Center in Royal Oak

June 23, 2021

When you walk into the first session with your ideal client, you feel energized and positive about your day. You love doing trauma therapy. You are a licensed mental health professional who is ethical, well trained, and you know how to help anyone who walks through your door, but with specific clients, you are truly amazing in your practice.

The problem is, you know that your clients need more holistic evidence-based trauma therapies, such as somatic, EMDR, or IFS to help them on their path to their best selves. The truth is, there are few practices in the area that are able to support you and your clients with a strengths-based holistic approach that you want to embrace. You're feeling ready to start your transition into your ideal practice.

You've thought about private practice, but the truth is that you don't want to be a business owner and carry the stress that comes with that. You're ready to dive into your training in trauma and to start to brand yourself as a clinician. You get excited about talking to people, sharing your unique skills, and enjoy connecting with the community. However, you don't want to be bogged down with accounting, bookkeeping, business planning, and search engine optimization!

You'd really love to find a practice where you make more money than the agency you're working at, but more than that you want to feel like you're part of a truly awesome community of practitioners. You want to be excited about seeing your fellow therapists and connecting with them in between sessions, be inspired about the clients you are working with, and feel glowing at the end of a really hard clinical day because you know you did excellent work.

If this sounds like you, send over your resume, a written cover letter (or video!), and three professional references. We want to know the true you and why you would fit in with our practice. Tell me about your ideal clients with whom you do the most amazing work with along with alternative evidence-based services you may be interested in providing. Please also include your strengths and something that inspires you.
