A full-time employee is defined as any person who is hired to consistently work a minimum of thirty-one (31) hours per week.

Health Insurance

The Company contributes for the single enrollment for our medical, dental, and vision. Regular full-time employees are eligible to participate in Dental and Vision Insurance the first of the month after 30 days of employment

Medical & Dental

50% First three years*
75% After three years*
100% After five years*

The company does not cover any portion of the vision premium

*Percentages are based on the basic health plans for employee ONLY.

*Employees that work 30+ hours are eligible for medical insurance.


Full-time employees are eligible to receive up to 13 paid holidays.

Leave of Absence

The Company provides leave of absences as mandated by federal and state regulations.

Paid Time Off

After 90-days of employment, full-time employees receive up to 3 weeks of vacation and up to 5 days of sick leave.

California & Michigan:

Part-time employees receive a portion of the FT sick days.

Flexible Spending Account

Full-time employees can participate in the Company FSA plan after 30 days of employment

Mileage Reimbursement

Mileage is reimbursed at the federal limit and is designed to cover the auto insurance company requirements.

Retirement Plan

Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the employee portion of the retirement plan after 30-days of employment with the company. The company provides a match upon meeting the required service credit hours.

Technology & Expense Reimbursements

Employees are provided a technology & expense reimbursement relevant to work requirements.

Educational Assistance

Qualified employees can receive up to $2,500 in tuition reimbursement for an approved program.

Professional Development

The company reimburses a total up to $300 per year for professional development for full-time employees and up to $150 for part-time employees working at least 20 hours.
