We are currently looking for one House Manager, and multiple Residential Monitors to join our team here at Gianna House! We are a faith-based residential facility for young pregnant women (ages 13-25) located in Eastpointe, Michigan. Our program consists of enriching, holistic classes and case management for our residents, as well as for community members as a part of our community outreach program. We are an excellent resource for young mothers, and we are looking for applicants who are committed to our mission. Please see job descriptions below and follow instructions if you wish to apply. House Supervisor

The House Supervisor provides continuity of care for residents and their babies who live at Gianna House. The House Supervisor mentors and supports residents emotionally and assists in coaching residents to achieve their defined goals. The House Supervisor provides transportation and approval for day passes, maintains the chore schedule, supports self-care, and encourages infant care by helping each resident to live independently. The House Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and implementing the residential program policies, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries and loving relationships as the heart of Gianna House. Weekly residential team meetings will be provided and documented with the Case Manager creating and environment of consistent support. The House Supervisor will work closely with the Program Manager and oversee the house monitors to ensure continuity of care and excellent program operations.


The Residential Monitor provides supervision, guidance, and transportation for residents. Monitors are responsible for writing accurate daily logs based on the residents' activities. Monitors are also responsible for encouraging residents to follow house guidelines and participate in daily programming. Residential monitors follow all program policies and procedures and holds the residents accountable for program requirements. Monitors are responsible for coordinating and communicating with the team and doing hourly checks on our residents to ensure safety. All shifts available.
