Seeking an LMSW (preferred) or MSW with at least two years of post-MSW experience to fill a part-time (20 hours / week) position at a growing fatherhood program in Detroit, Michigan. The Family Assistance for Renaissance Men (FARM) program’s mission is to develop relationships between father and child, one family at a time. The program offers job skills training, legal counsel, parenting training and other services to help fathers provide emotional and financial support to their children and families. The position involves recruiting fathers into the program, providing psycho-social assessments, delivering the fatherhood group-based intervention, providing case management, and connecting with community stakeholders.
