Community Living Services, Inc. (CLS), a non-profit located in Wayne, MI is seeking social workers to serve as Supports Coordinator Managers (SCM).
The SCM serves as a trainer, supervisor, mentor, and advocate for a team of Supports Coordinators providing individualized supports to children or adults with developmental disabilities.
The SCM facilitates the effective and efficient planning and implementation of the principles of Person-Centered Planning and Self-Determination.
Candidates must minimally possess a Master’s Degree in Human Services and current, valid State of Michigan Limited Licensed Master’s Social Worker (i.e., LLMSW) and Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) credentials.
Master’s degree in Social Work and full LMSW licensure preferred.
If supporting children, must also meet Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP) credentialing requirements.
Minimum three years’ experience in case management focused work and at least one year experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
Positions require occasional travel throughout Wayne County.
Must have valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and access to reliable transportation.
Minimum Starting Salary: $57,500 for LLMSW; $60,000 if full LMSW license.
