Urgently hiring - We are Escuela Avancemos! Academy urgently looking to hire a school social worker as the role unexpectedly became vacant.
We are a K - 8th grade school in Southwest Detroit serving a predominately Latinx, and Spanish speaking community.
The school social worker would be tasked with providing social emotional support to general education students and working with our special education team for the 7 special education students on the Social Work caseload.
MUST have school social work certification, Spanish is a plus but not required.
