The IDEA Project ( https://ideaproject.med.wayne.edu/) is hiring a full-time research assistant.
The IDEA Project is an NIH-funded research study that seeks to improve the health of emerging adults (16-25 years old) living with type 1 diabetes through an eHealth intervention focused on cultivating autonomy and motivation for diabetes illness management.
Research assistant responsibilities will include recruiting participants into the study, conducting study visits which includes facilitating the collection of survey/questionnaire data, downloading blood glucose monitors, and guiding participants in the completion of hemoglobin A1C test kits, completing data entry or analyses using SPSS, SAS or other similar software packages, and other tasks to support the research project.
