Pay: $20.00/hour for up to 30 hours/week ($5,000 sign on bonus for those completing the internship and accepting clinical positions within GHS)

In an effort to provide positive human services work experience, reduce stigma, & enrich the environment for individuals served, GHS would like to offer paid post graduate internships to a select number of upcoming and recent MA level graduates this summer. You must be an upcoming or recent graduate from a Master’s program in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. Interns will shadow and assist with the provision of clinical services throughout the organization. Interns will also assist with other tasks as assigned.
Your application must include the following:
- A cover letter that includes your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A résumé showing all prior and current work experience including previous GHS internships.
- A paragraph or two, addressing your specific interest in the behavioral health field and how a summer internship at GHS will help to advance your career goals.
- An OFFICIAL college transcript (bearing the college seal). This can be mailed or sent electronically directly from the university. Unofficial documents will not be accepted.
Applicants must be a recent, OR an upcoming graduate (degree conferred by August, 2022). Selected applicants who complete the internship AND accept a clinical position with GHS will receive a $5,000 bonus.) If selected you are expected to attend GHS orientation from 8am – 5pm on Monday, June 13, 2022.
