Friendship Circle is a non-profit organization that provides programs and support to the families of individuals with special needs. In addition to assisting individuals with special needs, the Friendship Circle enriches its vast network of volunteers by enabling them to reap the rewards of selfless giving.
We are currently planning our school year programming, and we are searching for students who are interested in participating in enriching and fulfilling experiences within the special needs community.
Programs throughout the school year include going on field trips out in the community, teaching participants critical life skills in our Meer Center's Lifetown, engaging in social gatherings, participating in unique workshops, and more!
Students will get the opportunity to work with individuals with special needs on a 1:1 basis to build meaningful relationships and gain invaluable experience to pursue their career goals.
This opportunity is great for students who need volunteer hours, fieldwork hours, and/or hands-on experience.
