InSight's Case Managers serve as liaison between the CMO and providers; overseeing the treatment, care and outcomes of juvenile justice services to eligible Wayne County youth committed to the WCJA.
Requirements:
- The Case Manager will have an understanding of and commitment to a system of care approach that supports community based, strength based treatment of enrolled youth and their families.
- Bachelors Degree
- Valid drivers license and insurance required.
Please note, this position includes a hybrid work model of remote work and does include face to face contacts following Covid-19 precautions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,568.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
