Outpatient Productivity Bonus

To reward the hard work that therapists do, Trillium shares a percentage of the dollars that they bring in when their productivity reaches 41% or higher. The bonus is available to all full-time employees twice a year (February and August) who provide reimbursable services to the children, youth, and families on their caseload at 41% or higher of their worked hours. This bonus ranges from $446 for 41% to $8910 for 60%. If a therapist is able to spend an average of 60% of their time providing billable services, that is an additional $17,820 per year.


Professional Development and Benefits for Therapists

Trillium Family Services is committed to the provision of staff training and development opportunities for our Child & Family Therapists in order to promote professional growth and development. Orientation and classroom training are provided for all new employees. The Professional Staff Development Program includes in-service activities scheduled in advance and conducted on an ongoing basis. The Training and Development Program includes opportunities to participate in training outside the organization, such as workshops, institutes, seminars and formal continuing education courses. CEU’s are available for some courses.
Prior to obtaining a license as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, you will be required to have weekly or monthly clinical supervision for up to 2 years or more. We provide free licensure supervision, which costs an average of $100/hour. This tremendous benefit saves our employees many thousands of dollars. We hold a high value on the wealth of experience new employees bring to our organization. We believe employees are our greatest asset and continue to seek ways to improve employee satisfaction and retention such as our benefits summarized below.


Clinical Licensure Supervision

Employees may receive free clinical supervision for licensure in the following ways:

  • Individual and group supervision is offered internally.
  • Employees will be allowed to flex time as appropriate and feasible to accommodate supervision time needs.
  • Employees will have access to internal licensed supervisors as they are available.

For employees unable to use internal supervisory resources, they will be reimbursed for external supervision expenses up to $60.00 per hour for the required hours as indicated by the licensing board. Reimbursement amount is not to exceed $240 per month (for LCSW’s).


Pay Increase for Clinical License

  • Therapists receive an 8% pay increase when their new license is received and verified.

Insurance Benefits

  • Full-time/Part-time (30-40 hour) employees receive a benefits package valued at over $10,200 per year for fully paid medical, dental, life and LTD insurance.We provide a free Employee Assistance Program for all staff.

Student Loan Cancelation

  • If you have a Perkins loan, you may be eligible to have a portion of the balance forgiven.

Vacation and Sick Leave Time

  • Full-time employees accrue 12 days of sick and vacation beginning the first year. After 2 years of service, full-time employees accrue 4 weeks of vacation per year.
