2014-2015 School of Social Work Private Scholarship List
Through our urban mission, the School of Social Work offers instruction in human behavior, policy, practice methods, research and field education to prepare ethical and compassionate practitioners. Classes, faculty mentoring, internships and more provide students the skills to serve vulnerable and oppressed individuals, groups, families, communities and organizations located in urban areas. For those pursuing these careers, scholarship support attracts the highest quality students to the school. These critical monies allow full-time students the opportunity to focus on their academic work and professional development, to complete internships that confer critical experience, and to focus on research, lead change, and transform lives.
