Biography

 Danielle Rice, a dual title doctoral student in Social Work and Infant Mental Health and a Wayne State’s Dean Diversity Fellow, is interested in studying reflective supervision as an intervention tool with child welfare specialists. Of particular interest is the quality of the relationship between child welfare specialists and their clients and its impact on case outcomes.
