Biography
Javier joined the Center for Behavioral Health and Justice in July 2021 as a data assistant. Javier graduated in May of 2021 from Oakland University with a bachelor's in psychology. Prior to joining the CBHJ team, he worked as a behavior technician at Gateway Pediatric Therapy as well as a research assistant at Oakland University. His work has focused on working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and data assistants by providing insight and support to the cases and projects he has been assigned to.
Responsibilities
Javier assists in the entry, coding, cleaning, conditioning, and analysis of multiple data sets from jails, courts, and state-level agencies. In addition to these data responsibilities, he also assists in the writing of manuscripts and reports.
