part-time regular (5 hours per week)
- This person must possess exceptional group leadership abilities and have experience working in a multi-cultural milieu.
- This person will possess a willingness and ability to supervise and develop BSW and MSW student interns throughout the agency.
- This person will be extremely organized and will work to develop relationships with colleges and universities in the area in order to receive more interns. They will complete all required trainings, including First Aid and CPR.
- This individual will gain an understanding of how consumer progress is documented as well as an understanding of what is needed by the billing specialist in terms of that documentation.
- Lastly, this person will have some knowledge of the CARF accreditation process.
Qualifications
- Must possess and provide proof of a Master’s of Social Work degree with a valid MSW license.
- Complete all agency-required trainings in a timely manner.
- Must possess or be willing/capable of attaining Red Cross First Aid and CPR training/certification within the first ninety days of employment.
- Must possess adequate physical stamina, dexterity and agility to perform all listed responsibilities.
- Must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
