Under general direction from the Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Community Affairs, the Healthy Communities Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and implementation of Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA) Implementation Plans in the Beaumont service area. This position will serve as a partner and liaison to hospital leadership, ensuring implementation and oversight of programs and projects associated with the CHNA. The Project Manager will also have a key responsibility in creating “Healthy Community” Partnerships and Coalitions with communities.
