• I am a returning student and have questions about my Licensure and classes, who do I contact?

• Where can we find information on upcoming events?

• Are the WSU School of Social Work certificates approved by the state of Michigan?

  Continuing Education Events are approved by Michigan Social Work Continuing Education Collaborative

• What days are the School of Social Work Events held on?

  Continuing Education Events are held (Monday – Friday) online via Zoom unless noted as in-person.

• When will I receive my event information?

  Event coordinators will send out an email for those who RSVP to an event a week/day before your event with instructions on how to pay, sign in, etc.  Please use a computer, not your cell phone to complete.

• When will I receive my posttest information?

  Online course event participants will receive an email 24 hours after the event with a posttest and evaluation link.  Please use a computer, not your cell phone to complete post-tests.

• When will I receive my CE Certificate?

  Continuing Education Certificates (CE) are sent via email 7-10 business days after an event or complication on online courses

• How do I receive my CE Certificate?

  Continuing Education students are asked to complete the course first and pay for the course to receive your certificates.  Please use a computer, not your cell phone to complete.  

• My certificate is missing, where can I find a copy?

  Duplicates of Continuing Education Certificate are not sent out.  Place your CE in a separate folder for reference.

• Where’s my CE?

• I would like to cancel my CE course registration/online order, who do I contact?

  Course refunds please email ce_ssw@wayne.edu  Please note that you have 60 days for a refund.

• I would like more information on the Crisis Response events, who do I contact?

• I registered for renewal classes, who do I contact to receive links to classes?

  Students registering for Refresher Course, Psychosocial Assessment of Children and Youth (24 CECH, Licensure Practice Exam, Social Services in the Schools (24 CECH) once payment is received, you will receive an email with further information.

• I need a student ID to complete my online classes, who do I contact to receive a Guest ID?

• Who do I contact for the State of Michigan Licensing?

• I need a stamped copy of my completed degree and coursework, who do I contact?
